This company is the most unprofessional place I have ever had to deal with. They always seem to be confused yet this is their job, and are always giving misleading information.

No one is ever on the same page you can speak to one person and they will tell you something and call right back, and somebody from the same company will tell you something completely different.

There has been times where I have called to speak to a customer service representative and had to wait a pretty lengthy time on hold just to be hung up on and end up having to call back and wait on hold again. They don't care about misinforming their customers all they care about is money at the end of the day which is fine but to get your money by misinforming you customers isn't at all a good way to operate a business.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Lobel Financial Pros: Never had a good experirnce communicating lobel customer service.

Lobel Financial Cons: You get a diferent answer to the same question every time, Uneducated disruptive and pushy agents, Agent misinform customers, Do not care about the customers to all.
