Voluntary Surrender
To whom it may concern,
Since I purchased the vehicle that I have it has been giving me nothing but problems. I have notified Lobel about the situation since day one.
I refuse to pay for a broken car. I spoke to a gentleman named Marc about the situation and told him I am voluntary surrendering the car. He has the audacity to tell that they do not HAVE to pick up the vehicle.
I do not want the car. Between Lobel and the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from are not good for business.

Our client has a court order to refinance her home taking off her ex-boyfriends name and your company is holding up the process. Someone from company told her that there was a lien on her property located at 1610 N.
Lea St., Roswell New Mexico but would not give her any information because her name was not on the lien.
Well lets put on our thinking cap here for a minute, first the loan? Two different people who are not legally married have both of their names on the Mortgage, but Gilbert Pina somehow took a loan out on the property without my clients name or signature or knowledge of such, is a crime itself to name fraud, embezzlement to name a few.
I have a signed Release from our client for you to release such documents or information regarding the lien.
If not, we will have to add you as a party to the old lawsuit as well will have to re-open it to explain to the Judge why his Order is not being validated and is in violation of a Court Order!! Please contact our office to discuss this matter.

Their staff severely lacks customer service skills- beyond condescending. I require assistance as visually my eyesight is deteriorating, my daughter was helping me make the call and the representative Martha, stated my daughter was impersonating me while I was there reiterating and confirming I was present and speaking, but needed my daughter's help (I even went through the security questions again), but she was beyond rude and demanded to be taken off the speaker.
On another occasion, I called alone and a male rep was speaking and I asked for a Spanish speaker as my daughter wasn't present to help. He said he could speak both, but as he ran through the security questions I answered all in Spanish, but I stated the year of my car (2017) in English and the rep rudely states "are you planning on speaking to me in English or Spanish?" I would never want to be the reason someone loses their job, but this company is just awful in customer service, I felt humiliated and belittled. I asked my daughter for help posting a review because I am so disappointed with how we were treated and I hope they change.
Nobody deserves to be spoken down to, as I said to the first agent, "I am just trying to make my payment and get a resolution- if you are having a bad day and don't want to help me, please transfer me to someone who can help me. There is no need to be so rude."

Hello, and thank you so much for this platform. I purchased a 2007 M35 Infiniti in 2018.
The car was totaled shortly afterwards. The Insurance (Windhaven) paid the car off, leaving me a balance to buy back the car at $1,180. In 1/2019 I made 2 payments of $200. In 3/2019 a payment of $300.
I lost my job and was having a very hard; which I called to let them know. This This This

Wrong Info
My account number is invalid. I can't pay my bill through Money Gram online because of this.
Also tried paying on Lobel's website but it said my account is ineligible to pay online.
I have NEVER bounced a check so I don't understand. Also called and can't pay it online.....
Poor customer service
The way that these "customer service" reps talk to customers is insane! Management does nothing to make things right. They should be fired!

Ive been conctating Lobel Financial almost every day since the first week of August regarding my cars original title. My registration is about to expire and my local MVA (Maryland) is requesting the original title so I can renew my registration.
After 1 month of calls and asking Lobel to contact California DMV to check the status of their request, and being told by Lobel Financial Title Department that they do not call DMV, I was told that DMV (CA) never got Lobe Financial first request and they had to submit a new one and this is going to take between 4-5 weeks.
My registration will expedite on Sep-30th-2020 and I need my car to go to work, to go to supermarket abs everything else. How am I supposed to drive with my registration expire due to the lack of effort from Lobel Financial to get the original title and send to my MVA?

Horrible Finance Co.......BEWARE!
In September 2019, my husband planned to purchase a pickup from a local car lot. They used Lobel Financial to finance the pickup.
My husband signed the contract and we turned in a ford escort and $1000 cash for a down payment. Now remember, the contract was SIGNED. and stamped APPROVED. A few days later, the gentleman who sold us the pickup calls and tells my husband that Lobel couldnt go with what they had originally said, so the contract would have to be voided and he could not get the pickup because of a delayed date.
Soooo, October 4th, my husband goes back to the car lot to sign ANOTHER contract. This second contract is stamped once again..APPROVED. and the first payment is due on November 3rd. We get ready to send in the payment, my husband calls Lobel to let them know that the payment will be in the mail.
They proceed to tell him that the contract was never completed because they needed a "new' bill with proof of address. (WTF!??)
My husband calls the car lot, they are as confused as we are, so the gentlemen call Lobel to find out whats going on and he is told that they are having to pull a "new" credit report and this report is showing 3 different things that resulted in NOT being able to finance the vehicle.
The 3 " things" on my husbands credit report is NOT there (we know whats there and whats not). So now we are driving a vehicle for the last month and paying insurance on it, but yet...the deal was never done....
Sooo, now we are having to go through ANOTHER finance company AND having to pay ANOTHER down payment of $700.....all becausr of this fraudulant Lobel Finance Co.
This particular office in Albuquerque, NM has rude people that work there and Tony is the idiot who apparently likes to play games.
I personally think Tony and Lobel owe my husband and I $1000 .

FRAUDULENT COMPANY..ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH IT.
IN OR AROUND DECEMBER 2012 MY DAUGHTER WENT TO A CAR LOT IN VALLEJO,CA TO GET A CAR THEY GAVE IT TO HER HOWEVER THEY SAID SHE NEEDED A CO SIGNER. I WAS HER COSIGNER...
WHEN WE PURCHASED THE CAR WE DID SO WITH THE AGREEMENT WITH THE OWNER OF THE CAR LOT, THAT WE WOULD DO IN HOUSE FINANCING..... HE WORKED SO WELL WITH HER THAT I DECIDED TO PURCHASE A CAR FROM HIM AS WELL.....HOWEVER A FEW MONTHS AFTER GETTING THE CAR HER CONTRACT WAS SOLD TO LOBEL FINANCIAL A COMPANY WE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT. WE TOLD THEM THAT WE WERE NOT IN AGREEMENT WITH THEM BEING HER FINANCE COMPANY BUT TO NO AVAIL..ABOUT 2 MONTHS LATER MY DAUGHTER LOST HER JOB AND WAS NOT ABLE TO PAY... WE TRIED EVERTHING WE COULD TO GET THEM TO WORK WITH US BUT AGAIN TO NO AVAIL.
THEN 3 YRS LATER WE FIND OUT THAT THEY HAD FILED A LAWSUIT AGAINST US AND OBTAINED A JUDGEMENT WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE.... WHEN WE FOUND OUT IT WAS TO LATE TO FIGHT IT. FAST FORWARD TO 06/17/2019 I FIND OUT THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO TAKE MONEY FROM HER PAYCHECK... SHE IS A SINGLE MOTHER TRYING TO RAISE 2 CHILDREN..
DUE TO HER HUSBAND PASSING A FEW YRS AGO....I AM SO SICK OF THIS COMPANY.....I AM LOOKING FOR AN ATTORNET TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM AND THEIR FRAUDULENT WAYS... ENOUGH IS ENOUGH EVEN IF I HAVE TO FILE THE PAPERS MYSELF.....

Guess what Deadbeat, turning the. car in means NOTHING. You are STILL ON THE HOOK for the entire financed amout but this means nothing to a serial deadbeat!
