These people are liars
So I went online to see why my car payment hadn’t been deducted from my bank considering I paid the 19th, and my account is blocked. So I call them and they say my checked bounced that I paid online.
So I go through and look at my online banking it never shows it has even went threw even if I didn’t have enough money I have a $500 overdraft protection and my car note was only $334 that I paid. So I call the bank and they lady tells me no it hasn’t bounced it’s never been received. I figured as much because I paid it on the 19th at about 9pm my check for $1625 went threw at 3am the 20th, so I know there was enough to cover it before my direct deposit went in the next morning. I have never had a check bounce before.
So I call bs and they are plain rude can’t understand anything they say it’s like English was her second language! Looking to refinance before we move to another state.

Worse experience ever
I never have had such a horrible experience with a finance company in my life and I have had many, do not under any circumstances go through LOBEL they are the worse!!!! they never sent me the payment book, I had to call them, I have provided the with proof of insurance ,they said they show no record of it and there for I owe them money for lack of proof of insurance ???
they have ruined my credit by reporting me late which I am NOT,,,, my payments got set up on auto pay..
worse comp any ever..... I have called them sent them proof of insurance and to no avail, have requested to speak to a manager , can't get past the telemarketers they have :
- Do not care about the customers to all
- Customer service
- Inability to provide customer service
Worst untrained staff
Ive never have experienced such a rude& untrained assembly of employees than this company has assembled! Like dealing with the three monkeys: cant hear,cant speak,cant see!
Ive told them numerous times,Ive never had registration papers or plates on this automobile,as it was towed by the city as it was in handicap spot, in which car was vandalized& I had to put a 600.court deposit down to have a adminstration hearing to prove,my handicap tag was stolen from car!
They dont care bout its clients& what has transpired,as they lie& say they havnt recieved payments from your bank to charge you higher costs& Im not dealing with them over the phone,as I cant grab them by their throat when being rude& noncaring! Ill wait for a court hearing to resolve this& get damages!

This company is the most unprofessional place I have ever had to deal with. They always seem to be confused yet this is their job, and are always giving misleading information.
No one is ever on the same page you can speak to one person and they will tell you something and call right back, and somebody from the same company will tell you something completely different.
There has been times where I have called to speak to a customer service representative and had to wait a pretty lengthy time on hold just to be hung up on and end up having to call back and wait on hold again. They don't care about misinforming their customers all they care about is money at the end of the day which is fine but to get your money by misinforming you customers isn't at all a good way to operate a business.

- Uneducated disruptive and pushy agents
- Do not care about the customers to all

Extremely Dishonest not trustworthy company
FIrst we made the mistake of buying a car and being financed at 25.9 % interested then they started harassing us from day one.... This company is extremely dishonest and total users of the system.
They will nickel and dime you whenever possible not to mention double charge you for car insurance. Word to the wise STAY FAR AWAY...
DOn't and I mean don't use them for financing period. Last they robo call you atleast 10 times a month even when you payment is current they try over and over to tell you your insurance doesn't meat there standards and they are assigning you there insurance which is 5 times the cost of standard care insurance.
Preferred solution: forgive my loan you were paid 22000.00 on a 7200.00 load

It happen 04/16/18 some time around 3am woke up my car was gone I only missed one payment

Worst company
I bought the car from samll dealership and they were my financing company. I bought the truck on may put down 3000 dollors and all i missed was my first payment and they repo my truck less than 60 days they never try to work with me.
when i called them to pay my truck payment they demand the whole payment of 11,000.00 in cash order to get my truck worse experience of my life was dealing with this frud company..
If you finance anything with this company be ready for them to repo your vehicle if you miss any payment or be ready to pay the whole amount... WORST FINANCIAL COMPANY IN THE USA..

OMG same here I was 21 days past due.. not even 30 and they took my car on 4/15/18.
I only have two more payments on the loan... smhI ad to pay my car note plus additional fees and the repo fees as well as storage fees in the tune of $940then three days later this company had the audacity to call me saying I was 7 days late and asked me if there was any reason why I was late.... are you friggin kidding me????????? Ummm YOU are the reason because had you not repossessed my car I could have paid the lone off at the time of the next payment.I ma very very upset with this company.
There has to be something that can be done about this.. It seems like the list of complaints with this company are endless.It's sad that they get away with treating customers this way.
