I made my payment there was not a notification that they were going to repo. They did not process the payment they got before the took my van. They even sent half of the payment back. They did it when my payment was 9 days late and paid before they showed up at my house. I got served last night they are suing me for payments they said were not paid! I have bank documents showing they were! If there is a lawsuit please contact me I want to join... Read more

The unprofessional manner of approaching the subject is unbelievable. A so called Asst Manager from Glendale office cuts in the phone conversation and repeatedly interrupts the conversation. Harassing a third party to obtain the information you are requiring is not a wise decision. It obvious based on the number of individual and class action law suits, Lobel Financial is here for a short time and it does not display any regards of laws... Read more

Lobel Financial cant keep treating people the way they do. Im standing up against injustice if you can prove your case in court call me shana darnell 2098098246 i'm a ca resident. This company sucks bad. I work for a loan company and the way they do collections is terrible. They put your information all over your voicemail when techinally, that's third party information. They also leave threats on your voicemail and then expect you to be clam when you call back. They just dont care at all. I tell folks never to go thru this company for anything. I hope someone takes them to court one day. It will teach them a lesson. Read more

Receive letter stating my insurance had lapsed . Call customer service spoke with 1st rep named Maria I explained that my car insurance was paid thru 03/4/2017. Maria response was that as of October 15,2016 my insurance expired. I immediately call AAA my insurance company. I have never missed a payment and am actually two months ahead and I was call to make another payment to them and as I was on the phone with them they came and repod my truck and I also received 6 phone calls today from them while I was at work and I would answer the call and it would just hang up as I said hello and the repo guy call them to verify that I made my payment and they told him to take the tuck cause I have never made a payment to... LOL same exact experience regarding call center and insurance. Lady i called back into was rude af. like how you gonna start a conversation saying "you owe more money". What kind of *** is that? like for real. I work for a call center you you get held accountable if you are rude like that. obviously that don't care Bought the car in june its now sept. 3 months and you just now tell me you never had my insurance? I have had many of the same problems alot of you have had.Them bugging about insurance,trying to repo my vehicle,strangers lurking around my house,rude employees lots of harassment.Im ready to put harassment suit on them.

Single mom with everyday struggles. I just spoke with a Rep yesterday letting them know I would be in today to make a payment. He says okay I'll note it here on your account . My roommate comes home at 5am this morning and asks me where is my car? Bastards picked it up in the middle of the night.
