Hi' My namevis Charles Jones and I was one 12 days behind and they repoed my car. Then they send a letter saying I owe $1,200. This is crazy they are crooks.

I recently had an issue with my car loan and was receiving wrong information for about a month. Maggie from the Ontario office stepped in and fixed the situation. She was so pleasant and professional. I appreciate you Maggie!!! Thank you!!

If you are one day late on payment they call you at least 100 times a day they report you to the credit bureau if you are one day late they don't give you the ten-day grace period. Their customer service is lousy they think they are better than anyone else very rude. I will never ever refer no one to them they are very in human. Call your job all daylong and your cell phone all day and at night up to 8:00 pm even on Sunday they call from sun up... Read more

Well we just paid off our Car after 3 years of *** with this company. From their lies with insurance verification and payments not recieved. We still paid off the car. Our attorney is on it now. We will have redemption.

This place is disgusting....repoed my car for one late payment and now they say i cant get my car back unless i pay the entire loan off. I cant even get info or make a payment unless its mon thru fri 8-5. What a joke Read more

A little behind on car payment. Repo came. We called to give whatever money they wanted to stop the repo. They took the car anyway. Now what was 150 has turned into 600...im pissed. They are crooks.......never never again!!!! I may just let it go.

horrible customer service. they call even if you don't need to make a payment and are on time with your pays. they hang up if you ask who your are speaking with and will not transfer call to a supervisor. i filed a complaint with the FTC, BBB, and California States Attorney General.They have called at least 10 times today alone 6/24/16 and not once left a message. Never again will I or anyone I know do business with Lobel Financial. Their attorney has the same name and our in the business off suing families for as much as they can get. They have no intentions of resolving or negotiating. They are out gor blood! My vehicle was repoed after being late one payment. I gave them the keys and they sold the vehicle. After selling the vehicle the principal balance due was $500. They added their admin fees... Read more
